TONYA STOUT

CONQUERPRENEUR™

Before Tonya Lynette Stout ever opened a laptop, she was singing Tammy Wynette in elementary school... before country was cool. Her first song, written in her nine-year-old handwriting, was kept by her mother in a scrapbook. More priceless than any platinum record. As a professional songwriter in Nashville, she learned early: the power of words goes beyond a melody, and has everything to do with the story the melody wraps itself around.

That conviction has followed her across every stage since. A TEDx international award-winning speaker and known as the "Soundbite Queen" for one-liners that land like lyrics, her message cuts straight to the place in a person that already knows it's true.

It was a diagnosis that proved it.

When cancer tried to write her final chapter, Tonya had already made a decision about her words. She never said “my cancer.” The minute you call it yours, you own it... and it owns you. She called it “little c.” Not hers. Not named. Not claimed. She shut down the highest grade, fastest growing diagnosis... not by odds, but by faith and the power of her words. She came out the other side with one message: you don't have to face your battle alone. Someone has already conquered the thing you're praying about. That's not a coincidence. That's a calling.

Her forthcoming book, Big C Is Greater Than Little c (Book One of a Series), and companion journal built on FACTS. FEELINGS. FAITH. FOLLOW-UP. were born from that journey.

Tonya is the founder of Conquerpreneur™ and a Messaging Strategist leveraging F{AI}TH, helping faith-driven entrepreneurs multiply their message, monetize their calling, and build movements without losing the voice that makes them irreplaceable. Her conviction is non-negotiable: God leads. AI multiplies. Never the reverse.

Through The Conquer Club, Tonya equips entrepreneurs to step into the space where strategy and soul converge.

Whether in a recording room, on her Conquer Club podcast, on a world stage, or inside a coaching session, Tonya Stout carries one mission: help people multiply what God placed in them... because a voice with a story is the most powerful thing in the world... with or without a melody attached to it.

Words Bring Wealth and Health

TONYA  STOUT

Some songwriters start with the music. For me, it has always been the words. An idea, a feeling, a truth that needs to be said... and then the melody comes, wrapping itself around the lyrics like a musical hug.

I wasn't raised in “the Church,” but you could say the Church was raised in me. Not behind a stained glass window or in a pew... It was the still, quiet voice of God that I somehow always knew.

So when my doctor diagnosed the cancer a few years ago, I immediately made a decision about the words I chose to use. I never called it “mine.” I didn’t deny it... I just refused to own it. I called it “little c.”

Our words have biological and spiritual impact. There’s a famous study that postulates how words can alter the physical structure of water crystals.(1)  Since our bodies are mostly water, I always make a point of controlling what comes out of my mouth.

I learned to not only believe in God, but trust Him. How? By learning His words. I believe in more than the power of positive language. I believe in a Promise Attitude™... a posture of faith that doesn't manufacture optimism from thin air, but stands on something already spoken, already settled, already promised, before any given problem ever arrives.

Proverbs tells us that the power of life and death is in the tongue.(2) When little c squeezed me... like a rag dipped in water... what came out was what had always been inside. When I was in my bathtub after my 12th round of chemotherapy, too frail to lift myself out, eyelids too weak to open, I whispered the words I had always known: “I will live. I will live a long life. I am healed.” Words spoken not from strength, but from something deeper.

Something happens when a person speaks over their circumstance... their fear. The words don't fall to the floor. They move. They land somewhere logic alone cannot follow.

I work within the world of artificial intelligence every day. AI cannot pray. It generates the words of a prayer but there’s no God-breathed spirit behind them. It has no soul that trembles when it “speaks.”

Before you ask AI for help, ask God first. My personal prayer is always the same: “God, give me enough light for the next step.” He always answers. A heavenly hug. An unmistakable reminder that you’re on the right path.

Dwight L. Moody is credited as saying, “Out of one-hundred people, one will read the Bible, but 99 will read you.”(3) Right now, someone is praying for how to get through something that you have already conquered. You conquered something so someone else doesn't have to walk through it alone. That’s not random. That’s design. A God who wastes nothing.

Words spoken in faith are active and alive. And the God who hears it—my God—is far more powerful than any machine or programmed algorithm will ever be.

Footnotes:

1)  The referenced water crystal experiments (although never replicated in blind studies) was performed by Dr. Masaru Emoto beginning in 1994 in Japan. His experiments were initially inspired by photographing frozen droplets of pure spring water crystals after exposing them to different spoken words, music, or intentions.

2)  Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.”  This means that words carry real consequences for relationships, peace, and harm. What you say can build people up or tear them down. You must live with the results of your speech.

3) his sentiment is frequently attributed to Dwight L. Moody (1837–1899) in modern sermons, devotionals, and Christian literature. It is most commonly phrased as, “Out of 100 men, one will read the Bible, the other 99 will read the Christian.”  There is no historical documentation proving a precise date and venue where he uttered these exact words. Like many popular historical quotes, it functions as an attributed aphorism.
